We know there’s a lot to learn when you’re first starting out behind the chair, and we don’t expect you to know it all.
While we don’t have a traditional assistant program, we love working with newer stylists who are excited to learn & grow. Through shadowing, hands-on experience, and support from our team, we want to help you build confidence, develop your craft, and start creating a clientele of your own.
We know everyone learns at their own pace, and we’re happy to meet you where you are. All we ask is that you show up, stay curious, and be willing to put in the work. We will be here to help you along the way.
We put a lot of time and energy into helping our stylists grow, so we’re looking for people who are just as excited to invest in themselves and their future here at HAIR. We believe the best relationships are built on trust, a mutual commitment, and a genuine desire to grow.
