  • HOW DO I BOOK WITH YOU?

    Hey there! We have a few options! If you’re new to us, we recommend heading to our instagram to get a feel for each stylist and see who you think would be a great fit!
    To book your appointment, you can either give us a call at 816.931.3030 or head to the booking page on here.

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

    We kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for all changes and cancellations.
    This allows our stylists time to adjust and offer that spot to another guest.
    All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% service fee, and no shows will be charged a 100% service fee.

  • WY DO I HAVE TO HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE?

    All bookings require a credit card on file.

    This allows us to protect our stylists time in the event of a any last minute cancellations or no-shows. Don’t worry your card is stored safely and is only charged if an appointment is missed or cancelled outside of our policy.

  • WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE?

    We understand that life happens! That’s why we offer a 10 minute grace period for your appointment. If you arrive later than that, we may need adjust your service to fit the remaining time. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment , which would result in a cancellation fee.

  • HOW SHOULD I SHOW UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

    Please come in with clean, dry hair that’s free of heavy product build-up. Feel free to bring in a little hair inspo if you’d like. This helps us see what you’re drawn to and helps us better understand your vision.
    If you’re attending a color appointment, maybe leave your favorite shirt at home. Of course we try our hardest to keep things clean, but accidents can happen.

  • WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

    We are located in Westport which means a constant hustle & bustle. Please give yourself a few extra minutes for parking so you can arrive on time, allowing your stylist the proper time with you. There is a lot across the street that our guests are allowed to use, as well as street parking.

  • CAN I BRING A GUEST OR CHILD TO MY APPOINTMENT?

    For the safety and comfort of our guests we ask that all children under the age of 12 are accompanied by another adult not receiving a service.

    We allow one stylist and one guest at each station and kindly ask that the reception area remain available for guests coming and going.


  • CAN I WORK DURING MY HAIR APPOINTMENT?

    Need to work while you’re in? No problem! We kindly ask that all personal and business calls be kept to a minimum or taken outside to ensure everyone can enjoy a relaxing environment.

    Please come prepared with airpods / headphones if you plan on catching up on social media or watching a show, and feel free to bring a great book!

  • WHAT IF I DON'T LOVE MY HAIR?

    We want you to love your hair!
    If something feels off, please reach out to us within 5 days, and we will come up with a gameplan to adjust. Adjustments are meant to fine tune the original service and not change the look entirely.
    If you’re looking for a different style, color, or result than what was originally agreed upon, that would be considered a new service.

    We do not offer refunds on any services
