• HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

    Hey there! We have a few options! If you’re new to us, we recommend heading to our instagram to get a feel for each stylist and see who you think would be a great fit! You can either give us a call at 816.931.3030 or head to the booking page on here.

  • WHY DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD ON FILE?

    All appointments require a credit card on file to help protect our stylists time as well as allowing us to enforce our cancellation policy fairly, if needed.

  • WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

    We kindly ask that you give at least 24 ours notice for all changes and cancellations. This allows our stylists time to adjust and offer that spot to another guest. All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% service fee, and no shows will be charged a 100% service fee.

  • CAN I BRING MY KID(S)?

    For the safely and comfort of everyone in the salon, we kindly ask that all children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving a service. This helps us maintain a relaxing environment.

  • CAN I WORK DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

    Of course! Bring your laptop and do your thing! We just ask that you bring headphones/airpods with you so we can keep the environment relaxing and enjoyable for all.

  • SHOULD I SHOW UP WITH CLEAN OR DIRTY HAIR?

    We prefer clean hair, especially for a color appointment. This helps ensure we get the best outcome possible! If you’re coming in for a cut you can skip the wash at home!
