ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED AFTER JUNE 1, 2019 WILL REQUIRE A CARD ON FILE.
We strive to accommodate all of our guests and politely ask that you respect our time as we respect yours. We require 24 + hours notice for all cancellations and scheduling changes. When we are given adequate time we can offer that appointment time to someone on our cancellation list. If we are not given 24+ hours notice we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the missed service total.
We send e-mail or text confirmations when booking an appointment and a few days before as a reminder. Not confirming your appointment will not cancel your appointment. In order to cancel you must do so online or call us at 816.931.303

If a guest fails to show up for a scheduled appointment we reserve the right to charge 100% of the missed appointment. Without notification we lose the opportunity to fill the space and time with someone else.
PARKING & ARRIVING ON TIME:
We are located in Westport which means a constant hustle & bustle. Please give yourself a few extra minutes for parking so you can arrive on time, allowing your stylist the proper time with you. If a guest arrives more than 15 minutes late we may need to rebook your service, resulting in a cancellation fee.
