CANCELLATION POLICY : We understand that things come up and schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. We kindly ask that you call or e-mail to cancel or reschedule your services with at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the missed service if we are not given 24+ hours. If a guest no call no shows, they will be charged 100% for the service missed. If we are given an appropriate amount of time for cancellations we are able to fill those times with other guests needing in.
RUNNING LATE: Give us a call and let us know. If a guest is running more than 15 minutes late, you might be asked to reschedule due to prior scheduling commitments.
