CANCELLATIONS: We understand that things come up and appointments may need to be adjusted. Please know that we value our time with you as much as you value ours, and we request that you give at least 24 hours notice when needing to change, cancel, or adjust an appointment time. Giving us a courtesy call allows us to be more available for other guests needing in. 
All cancellations made after 24 hours will be considered a "no show".

PLEASE NOTE: Guests who fail to cancel 24 + hours in advance may need to prepay in order to book future appointments.

LATE POLICY: If you are running late please call to let us know. After 15 minutes we may need to adjust your appointment or reschedule you to ensure that our other guests will be taken on time.

NO SHOWS/LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS: First no show, you will be charged 50% of you service total. Second, you will be charged 100% of the service total and will need to keep a card on file to make any future appointments.
